Perfect Cinnamon Buns with Sweet Glaze

Soft, pillowy cinnamon buns swirled with warm spices and topped with creamy sweet glaze for the ultimate comfort treat.

FOR BUNS

  • 3½ cups All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar (Granulated)
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 Egg (Large)

FOR GLAZE

  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups Powdered sugar
  1. Make dough, let rise 1 hour.

  2. Roll out, spread with butter and cinnamon-sugar filling.

  3. Roll up, slice, and arrange in pan.

  4. Rise 1 hour, then bake until golden.

  5. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm buns.

Ensure milk is warm (not hot) to activate yeast properly. Don’t overbake – they should be just golden on top for the softest texture.
